John is an experienced litigator, licensed to practice in the federal and state courts in New Jersey, in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has handled numerous intellectual property, employment, securities, pharmaceutical, legal malpractice and many other types of commercial litigation matters, trying cases and arguing appeals in federal and state courts and participating in arbitrations. Clients have included both private and public companies, banks, brokerages, utilities, law firms, governmental and quasi-government entities and many others. John has consistently received the top rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the lawyer reference guide, and has served on and chaired various Bar and law school panels and committees. John is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he majored in government, and received his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1977.

Besides his legal work, John has been an executive in the music industry. He is a director of The Kintock Group, a non-profit community corrections, drug treatment and job training organizations for ex-offenders in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. John, his wife and son reside in Morris County where John is active as a volunteer in his church and his son's school activities.
