Overview
Bradley A. Suiters is a litigator who represents businesses and individuals in the Federal and State courts of New Jersey. His practice centers on complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, media and First Amendment matters, and criminal defense.
Bradley guides clients through the intricacies of patent and trademark litigation in the District of New Jersey, including the demands of the Local Patent Rules. He defends free expression under New Jersey's Uniform Public Expression Protection Act, using its early-dismissal procedures to protect clients from claims that target protected speech. He litigates commercial disputes in court, in arbitration, and in mediation, and he safeguards his clients' constitutional rights at every stage of criminal proceedings. Drawing on courtroom experience in both civil and criminal cases, Bradley is a zealous advocate who brings a results-oriented, yet cost-effective approach to address clients’ needs, whether that be pre-litigation counseling, litigation through trial, or appellate proceedings.
In addition to litigation practice, Bradley serves on the Pro Bono Committee of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and he has presented on legal topics to undergraduate students at Rutgers University.
Bradley received his B.A. from Indiana University and his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He began his career as a public defender in New Jersey and later gained civil litigation experience at a national litigation firm before joining Robinson Miller.
