Bradley A. Suiters is an associate attorney specializing in complex commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts across New Jersey. With a strategic and client-focused approach, Bradley represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes, including employment matters, intellectual property litigation, and contract disputes. He brings a results-oriented, yet cost-effective approach to address clients’ needs, whether that be pre-litigation counseling, litigation through trial, or appellate proceedings.

Whether resolving matters through negotiation or trial, Bradley advises clients on various litigation-related matters by drawing on his extensive courtroom experience as criminal defense attorney.

Bradley stays involved in the community through his memberships with the New Jersey State Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association. He has been invited to present on various legal topics to undergrad students at Rutgers University.

Bradley received his B.A. from Indiana University in 2015 and his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2018. After law school, Bradley honed his litigation skills as a public defender in New Jersey before moving to a national civil litigation firm.
