Overview.
Anthony Marinello is a seasoned litigator who has practiced law in New Jersey for many decades. He has litigated in courts throughout New Jersey including trying many cases to verdict and twice arguing before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is a National Guard Veteran who served from 1970-1976. While at Seton Hall Law School, he was named a Student Director for Essex County Legal Services. He is a past member of the Essex and Union County Bar Associations.
Anthony and his wife MaryAnn have three children. They are members of St. Philomena Parish in Livingston, New Jersey where Anthony was on the parish counsel and social concerns committee. While in college, Anthony was captain of St. Peter’s varsity baseball team. He was a member of Livingston’s Little League Board of Trustees.

Representative Cases
Ida Lott v. Borough of Roselle et al., Docket No. UNN-C-131-18 – Successfully tried the case on behalf of plaintiff in which the Court ruled in her favor finding that the property at issue was rightfully owned by her. The case was affirmed on appeal.
Cordasco v. Barrena et al., Docket No. UNN-L-3410-18 – Successfully tried the case on behalf of the plaintiff and obtained a favorable judgment and counsel fees regarding a contract dispute between the parties.
Inserra v. Inserra, 260 N.J. Super. 71 (App. Div. 1992) – Obtained a favorable decision from the New Jersey Appellate Division reversing the Trial Court’s orders denying counsel fees in a matrimonial matter.
